[JIRA] Created: (STS-896) Add order to @After, @Before annotations

JIRA jira@stripesframework.org
Add order to @After, @Before annotations
----------------------------------------

                 Key: STS-896
                 URL: http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-896
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: ActionBean Dispatching
    Affects Versions: Release 1.5.7
            Reporter: Matt Brock
            Priority: Minor

The @After and @Before annotations lack the ability to specify order.  This can lead to non-deterministic behavior when one method depends on the result of another method.  One can't simply merge the methods, either, as they might be called from separate events (on = {eventName}).

Apologies, this is a dupe of STS-734.
